The Career Development Mentorship Program (CDMP) was designed with doctors like you in mind. It is aimed at guiding doctors to a smooth career transition from clinical medicine to non-clinical careers. This two-month long program involves workshops and mentoring sessions designed to equip doctors with the right skills needed for embarking on their non-clinical career.

Mentees will participate in the following workshops:

• Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
• Life Coaching
• Marketing Yourself on Linkedin
• Effective Communication
• Preparing for Job Interviews

Mentees will be also paired with mentors who have successfully transitioned to non-clinical fields such as hospital management, pharmaceuticals, private business, corporate world, public health and more.
